During a recent meeting, Sultan Al-Hindasi, the General Director of the Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Alberto Alejandro Farje, the Ambassador of Peru to the UAE, explored ways to strengthen economic cooperation and enhance business relations between the two communities.
This discussion took place during Ambassador Farje’s visit to the Fujairah Chamber, accompanied by Carla Bendizo, the Deputy Chief of Mission at the embassy. Both parties reviewed potential investment opportunities across key sectors, including energy, mining, trade, food industries, tourism, and logistics services. They emphasized the importance of sharing expertise and establishing strategic partnerships that would benefit both sides.
Sultan Al-Hindasi highlighted the chamber’s commitment to facilitating direct communication between businesses in Fujairah and their counterparts in Peru, which aims to boost trade and investments, thereby supporting Fujairah’s position as a promising economic hub at both regional and international levels.
He also pointed out the attractive investment opportunities available in Fujairah, particularly in areas such as oil storage and export, petrochemicals, mining, logistics services, and tourism.
Ambassador Farje praised the strong ties between the UAE and Peru, expressing his hopes that this visit would lead to the establishment of quality partnerships and open new avenues for economic collaboration between his country and Fujairah.
