Recent statistics from the real estate report released by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reveal that 155 real estate evaluation transactions were completed in August, with a total value exceeding 414.2 million dirhams.
Engineer Omar Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Department, stated that the evaluations encompassed commercial, residential, and industrial properties, with residential real estate accounting for the largest share of the total value at 168 million dirhams, surpassing commercial properties, which amounted to 158.7 million dirhams.
The report included assessments for personal transactions as well as those required by courts and institutions, along with evaluations for long-term golden visas for investors, totaling 107 transactions that exceeded 177.8 million dirhams.
