Titter Business School, a leading global institution for business education, has announced the launch of the Masters in Management and Technology (MiM-Tech) program. This one-year program is designed to equip participants with the skills and experiences necessary for establishing, scaling, and transforming businesses, merging academic rigor with practical entrepreneurial training in three primary locations: Dubai, China, and Europe. In Dubai, participants will concentrate on developing consumer-focused projects through branding, packaging, and market entry strategies, while engaging with luxury retail groups, sovereign wealth funds, and startups to understand the area’s dynamic business environment. In China, the focus shifts toward product scaling, enhancing supply chains, and building major corporations utilizing AI, automation, and emerging technologies. In Europe, students will work on projects centered around creating memorable experiences, ranging from cultural events and fine dining to luxury travel and lifestyles in Madrid.
The program is aimed at early career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, heirs to family businesses, international students seeking global experience, and tech or creative professionals aiming to transition into managerial roles.
The final semester includes a two-month, full-time paid internship with renowned brands and startups in sectors such as finance, marketing, consulting, and operations, allowing participants to gain direct, hands-on experience with elite global companies.
By engaging with diverse markets and cultures at each destination, participants will acquire practical skills, work on real-world projects, and achieve proven results that prepare them for success in global business environments.
Pratham Mittal, founder of Titter Business School and Masters Union, stated, “By immersing participants in practical, cross-border initiatives, the MiM-Tech program grants them a global perspective and the ability to identify and seize opportunities in areas others may overlook. This hands-on approach enables them to transfer existing businesses to new international markets, launch initiatives within their organizations, or even explore entirely new projects. The program not only enhances their strategic and operational capabilities but also accelerates their professional development, preparing them for leadership and innovation to drive impactful change across various industries worldwide.”
Admission to the MiM-Tech program follows a rigorous selective process, evaluating applicants based on their academic performance, professional achievements, entrepreneurial potential, and adaptability. The assessment process places considerable emphasis on problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in diverse, high-performance environments, ensuring that participants gain maximum benefit from the international educational experience and practical projects offered in the program.
The program is designed as a blend of Ivy League academic methodologies and the entrepreneurial spirit of Y Combinator, targeting professionals aged 20 to 28, including founders, innovators, heirs to family businesses, early-career professionals, and those seeking international experience. This program aligns with Titter’s philosophy of “learning by doing,” expanding this experiential approach to cater to a more mature audience, providing participants with practical skills, cross-sector experiences, career guidance, and a global network of peers and industry leaders. Graduates of the program will benefit from tangible achievements, including hands-on project experience, credibility across markets, the ability to lead entrepreneurial initiatives, scale businesses, or assume strategic leadership roles at an international level.
