The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the United Arab Emirates has confirmed that all operators of Airbus A319, A320, and A321 aircraft in the country have fully complied with the emergency airworthiness directive issued by the design authority. More than 100 registered aircraft in the UAE are affected by this directive.
Upon receiving the technical notice from Airbus and the related emergency directive, the GCAA conducted a detailed review and comprehensive oversight of all affected operators within the country. Based on the reports and records submitted, the authority verified that all necessary actions were taken in accordance with the directive’s requirements.
As a result, the GCAA confirmed that there is full compliance with the directive requirements, allowing all affected operators to continue their flights safely.
