Mubadala Investment Company, in partnership with Bain Capital, has successfully acquired Service Logic, a company focused on comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for the commercial sector, as well as building automation. This acquisition was finalized from Leonard Green & Partners.
With this acquisition, Mubadala and Bain will continue to support Service Logic in its next phase of growth.

As a result of this acquisition, Service Logic joins Mubadala’s extensive portfolio of service platforms, which includes brands such as Imperial Dade, U.S. LBM, Frontline Road Safety, Dealer Tire, Guidehouse, and Harrington Process Solutions.
