The Sharjah Expo Center is preparing to host a series of events throughout 2026, solidifying its status as a leading hub for exhibitions and conferences in the region, as well as a premier destination for business tourism.
The center’s agenda for 2026 includes over 95 exhibitions and events, featuring some of the biggest local, regional, and global happenings across key sectors such as industry, education, smart transportation, commerce, gold, jewelry, as well as cultural and social festivals. These activities, hosted at the main venue in Sharjah and its branches in Khorfakkan and Al Dhaid, are expected to attract more than 3 million visitors annually, further establishing Sharjah as a vital link for cultural exchange and a dynamic platform for expertise sharing and strategic partnerships across various sectors.
The year will kick off with the prominent industrial event, SteelFab 2026, scheduled from January 12 to 15. Building on the success of the 2025 event, which attracted over 600 brands, this upcoming edition will focus on the future of the industry by showcasing the latest automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence technologies.
In the real estate sector, the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (Ikras) will take place from January 21 to 24, 2026, providing a platform for investors, developers, and companies involved in this field.
Additionally, the first quarter will feature the UAE Gems Exhibition from January 28 to February 1, celebrating local designers and unique Emirati creations, followed by the Ramadan Nights Exhibition from March 6 to 22, which will offer a rich schedule of entertainment activities, cultural and heritage programs, and open competitions for visitors, enhancing their experience and providing a delightful space for family gatherings during Ramadan.
The 57th edition of the Middle East Watches and Jewelry Exhibition will occur from April 8 to 12, continuing its success by supporting this vital industry and providing a regional platform for showcasing the latest designs in watches, jewelry, and gemstones from global brands. This will be followed by the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival, running from April 22 to May 3, and then the Discover Kerala Exhibition from May 8 to 10, followed by the Eid Al-Adha Exhibition from May 16 to 27, offering a unique shopping experience with an extensive range of products including electronics, fashion, accessories, perfumes, and gifts.
The Sharjah Expo 2026 agenda also includes significant first-time events, such as the Regional Forum on Data and Community Development from May 18 to 21 and the Atmanirbhar Bharat Exhibition from June 10 to 12. Yearly events will also continue, including the Expo Culinaire and the Hive Furniture Exhibition, gathering top designers and brands to showcase their latest innovations in furniture and home décor, along with the UAE Exhibition on Chinese Tires, specialized in tires and automotive parts. The first half of 2026 will conclude with the Big Discounts Exhibition and the Back to School Exhibition.
The center will commence its last quarter of 2026 with the International Government Communication Forum on September 9 and 10, followed by the 58th edition of the Middle East Watches and Jewelry Exhibition from September 30 to October 4. Additionally, the UAE Perfumes and Oudh Exhibition will be held from October 9 to 18, and the International Education Exhibition from October 11 to 13, showcasing top universities, colleges, and institutes worldwide and the academic programs available for aspiring students.
From October 9 to 18, the second edition of the Middle East Cosmetics Exhibition will take place, featuring beauty experts from the region and providing a platform to launch new products and innovations in skincare, cosmetics, and haircare. The Sharjah International Book Fair will be hosted from November 4 to 15, followed by the second edition of the Future Mobility Exhibition from November 25 to 28, featuring over 100 global brands. The Greater Shopping Discounts will be from November 26 to December 6, followed by the Winter Clearance from December 17 to 27.
The Al Dhaid Expo Center will continue to enhance its presence in 2026 as a community and economic platform meeting the aspirations of local residents and visitors with a comprehensive program of specialized events and exhibitions. This includes the Al Dhaid Agricultural Exhibition, celebrating agricultural production in Sharjah, and the Electronics Exhibition highlighting the latest technologies, culminating in the Al Dhaid Date Festival that showcases one of the UAE’s important heritage symbols. The center will also present a new edition of the Al Asail Festival, featuring services and equipment for horses, camels, and falcons, as well as the Al Dhaid Fresh Dates Festival, which offers a wide variety of high-quality dates, and the Adventures and Camping Exhibition providing adventure enthusiasts opportunities to discover the latest equipment.
Khorfakkan Expo will present a diverse lineup of events and exhibitions throughout 2026, beginning with the Ramadan and Eid Preparations Exhibition catering to family needs during these occasions, followed by the Khorfakkan Book Fair celebrating culture and knowledge, and then the Khorfakkan Innovates Exhibition showcasing the latest innovations and creations.
During Ramadan, the Ramadan Bounty Exhibition will highlight various Ramadan products, complemented by the Ramadan Exhibition offering a distinctive shopping experience aligned with the spirit of the holy month. Agricultural enthusiasts can look forward to a renewed Mango Festival, showcasing farmers’ efforts in mango production across Sharjah and the UAE. Khorfakkan Expo will also host an exhibition for perfumes, the Eastern Bride Exhibition, and the Khorfakkan Winter Exhibition.

He noted that the attraction of millions of visitors and thousands of exhibitors from around the world reflects the growing confidence in Sharjah as a global hub for business tourism, emphasizing that this ambitious agenda is an investment in the future and a foundation for long-term international collaboration, acting as a dynamic platform that enables companies, innovators, and entrepreneurs to turn meetings into partnerships, ideas into projects, and aspirations into achievements.
