Artificial Intelligence and Robots Enhance Productivity in UAE Companies

The final day of the 2026 Gulf Food Expo showcased crucial global trends in the food industry, with a notable emphasis on the impact of modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and robotics, in improving production efficiency, supporting sustainable supply chains, and creating new avenues for growth and expansion for local companies.

In this context, Emirati businesses are increasingly turning to AI and robotics to boost operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and foster innovation, aligning with the UAE’s vision of developing a knowledge-based economy powered by advanced technologies.
