In this context, Gulf Land Development is boosting its presence in the luxury real estate market by developing a distinguished residential project in partnership with the renowned Tonino Lamborghini brand, with an investment of approximately 2 billion dirhams in the Meydan area. This project represents the first residential development bearing the Tonino Lamborghini brand in Dubai, embodying a comprehensive concept of luxury living inspired by the Italian identity of the brand in one of the most vibrant and rapidly growing areas of the emirate.

The firm has announced the launch of the final phase of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai project, marking the last opportunity for prospective buyers to acquire a unit in this iconic development. Construction progress has exceeded 50%, with noticeable advancement across various stages of execution, reflecting the developer’s commitment to quality and scheduled timelines. Completion of the project is anticipated within 20 months.

This project exemplifies the Tonino Lamborghini lifestyle in every aspect, having been developed under the direct creative supervision of Angela Krieger, the creative director of Tonino Lamborghini Total Living. She has been involved in all stages of the project from conception to execution. This oversight is evident in a cohesive architectural identity that spans from the exterior and interior designs to the intricate details of communal facilities, accessibility, and resident movement within the community.

The development includes a variety of residential apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, all fully equipped with contemporary interior designs. Luxury furniture packages branded with Tonino Lamborghini are available, selected in collaboration with the brand’s furniture division to add an exclusive touch that reflects the spirit of Italian luxury. The lifestyle offered by the project is enhanced by over 18 comprehensive facilities, including an iconic swimming pool adorned with a mosaic made of more than half a million pieces created by a specialized Italian team, a poolside bar, the largest luxury gym within residential complexes, a padel court, a fully equipped wellness center, and other amenities reserved exclusively for residents.

Shaheer Mousli, Chairman of Gulf Land Development, stated that the project signifies a commitment to rebuilding trust above all else, emphasizing that the company has redeveloped the project from the ground up, starting from vision and design through to execution, in full partnership with the Tonino Lamborghini team to deliver an authentic brand experience rather than a superficial one. He highlighted that exceeding 50% completion demonstrates the seriousness of their work and the accelerated pace of execution, noting that the final phase represents the last chance to acquire units that are being built.

Located in the Meydan area, the project offers convenient access to Dubai’s key attractions, including Downtown Dubai, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Business Bay area, as well as its proximity to the Meydan Racecourse, golf courses, and entertainment and nightlife venues.

The final phase will be launched in collaboration with DRE Homes, with its DreX division appointed to lead the launch through a sales strategy designed specifically for luxury branded real estate. This partnership aims to enhance marketing efficiency, connect with specialized brokers, attract qualified buyers, and successfully conclude sales of the final phase.
