Dubai Customs recently held a coordinating meeting with its strategic partners to discuss the “Path 33” program for 2026, which is aimed at the private logistics sector. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Navis Council and members of the Navis Youth Council, following the opening of registrations for companies to join the second batch of this initiative for the current year.
Participating in the meeting were several major global companies in the logistics and supply chain sector, highlighting the strong partnership between the public and private sectors in supporting Emiratization and enhancing labor market sustainability.

Khamis Al-Muhairi, Director of Human Resources at Dubai Customs, emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership with leading global firms in the logistics and supply chain industry during his remarks. He stated that supporting Emiratization and empowering national competencies in this critical sector are key priorities. This initiative aims to create quality job opportunities that contribute to the development of a skilled local workforce capable of leading the future of logistics in Dubai. He noted that the Path 33 program has made significant progress and achieved important milestones in connecting national talents with outstanding job opportunities, and he looks forward to continuing this momentum in collaboration with partners to enhance labor market sustainability and meet Dubai’s objectives in this area.
During the meeting, updates on the initiative were reviewed, including successes in linking national talents with quality job offers in the logistics sector.
The attendees also discussed the 2026 plan for the “Path 33” program, which included the proposed timeline for implementation, operational and regulatory requirements for the next phase, and preparations for a job fair that supports the initiative’s outcomes, aimed at facilitating connections between job seekers and participating entities.
The meeting addressed the review and confirmation of current and future job vacancies among partners, which enhances the initiative’s readiness to meet labor market needs. Additionally, it involved discussions on partner feedback and recommendations for improving the initiative’s effectiveness and impact, as well as suggestions for enhancements that would improve the experience for beneficiaries and increase sustainable employment opportunities. The meeting concluded with an agreement on the next steps to expedite progress and achieve the objectives of “Path 33” in empowering national talents and establishing Dubai as a leading global hub in the logistics and supply chain sector.
