The Expo City Dubai has announced the appointment of Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) as the main contractor for the Seder Residences project, a luxurious residential development set to be completed by 2027.
The Seder Residences project features three interconnected residential towers, consisting of two 15-story buildings and one 13-story building, housing a total of 421 apartments, including lofts and townhouses, with sizes ranging from one to four bedrooms. This initiative is part of the expanding residential portfolio of Expo City Dubai, which also includes Expo Valley, Mangrove Residences, Sky Residences, and Oasis Residences.

The Seder Residences project at Expo City Dubai sets new benchmarks for urban living with its modern design, sustainable lifestyle, and community-focused amenities. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in Dubai’s major urban plan for 2040, which supports the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
