Dubai Investments, through its real estate arm Dubai Investments Real Estate, has announced the launch of the mixed-use project “Vista,” with an investment valued at 1.3 billion dirhams in the HoraiZen area of Dubai.
According to the company’s statement, the project will consist of two integrated towers within a cohesive master plan that combines residential and commercial uses. The residential tower, standing at 39 stories, will have 312 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms. The commercial tower, which comprises 19 floors, will feature office spaces totaling 120,000 square feet, alongside retail and entertainment facilities.
Construction work on the project has already commenced, with expectations for completion and delivery of the units by December 2027.
