Dubai Real Estate Expenditures Reach 8 Billion Dirhams Today

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department reached over 7.9 billion dirhams yesterday, conducted through 1,537 deals.

The department recorded 1,284 sales transactions amounting to 5.1 billion dirhams, which included 72 land sales, 1,119 residential unit sales, and 93 building sales.

Among the notable transactions in the real estate market was the sale of a commercial plot in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens for 1.3 billion dirhams, as well as the sale of an off-plan apartment by the Dubai Water Canal for 25 million dirhams.

Mortgages and Donations

Mortgages were valued at 1.2 billion dirhams, executed through 231 transactions, which included 51 land mortgages, 149 residential unit mortgages, and 40 building mortgages. Additionally, the market recorded 22 donations with a total value of 1.5 billion dirhams.
