This is achieved through the development of advanced government services and the establishment of a competitive national model that offers simpler, faster, and more efficient procedures on a global scale, contributing to the growth of economic sectors and fostering a thriving business environment, ultimately improving the quality of life for the community.

In this context, he stated: “The Ministry of Economy and Tourism has made significant strides in supporting the objectives of this national program through comprehensive initiatives that include providing fast and easy digital services for users, fostering a business-friendly environment, and supporting the growth of the private sector to increase economic activities in the country. The ministry has also focused on finding solutions to obstacles and unnecessary procedures that might impede business operations in the UAE, ensuring a comprehensive and sustainable impact of the program.”

In his opening remarks for the forum, he noted: “The ministry was among the pioneering government entities in facilitating procedures and services, particularly during the pandemic in 2020 when it took unprecedented steps to enhance complete digital transformation. A comprehensive vision for the full transition to the digital space was adopted, and just three years after the pandemic, all our services are now available through the ministry’s website and digital application. This step aimed to reduce bureaucratic complexities and enhance the efficiency of various business activities.”
