The project will offer 40,000 luxury housing units
Emaar Properties has announced its plan to launch the “Dubai Mansions” project within “Emaar Hills”, the latest integrated community in Dubai.
According to the company’s statement, this initiative is part of a significant development valued at a total of 100 billion dirhams, featuring 40,000 luxury residential units.
The “Dubai Mansions” project will include a limited selection of opulent villas, with sizes ranging between 10,000 and 20,000 square feet.
