The Global Village has officially announced the launch of its highly anticipated 30th season, set to commence on October 15, 2025. This season marks a new chapter in its journey of excellence, featuring enhancements and additions designed to offer an unparalleled experience, aiming to raise the bar for entertainment and culture.
This season will introduce the World Gardens, a stunning area located in front of the Egypt pavilion and extending to the Iran pavilion, inspired by the beauty and diversity of nature. This area will be adorned with breathtaking floral arrangements and iconic landmarks from around the globe, inviting guests on a captivating visual journey. It has been crafted to serve as the perfect spot for family picnics, providing a serene atmosphere that complements the vibrant energy of the Global Village.
The destination will enhance its interactive journey by installing guidance screens to assist guests in navigating the area effortlessly. Additionally, the 30th season passports will include stamping stations where guests can collect symbolic stamps from each pavilion.
A highlight of this season is the Dragon Kingdom, which offers an immersive interactive experience featuring 11 uniquely designed rooms. Guests will embark on a mysterious adventure within the legendary “Blackstone Hollow,” where they will help “Ignis,” the last dragon, regain its lost powers by solving puzzles. The ambiance of the rooms will blend fantasy, mystery, and adventure.
The Global Village will also debut the Little Explorers experience in the Carnival® area, launching later in the season. This destination, specifically designed for children, aims to ignite their curiosity and adventurous spirit. It features a bright, futuristic indoor setting with multi-level paths, climbing structures, slides, ball pits, tunnels, and a variety of exciting challenges enhanced by vibrant colors for a creatively immersive experience.
Moreover, the main theater area is undergoing renovations to elevate guests’ experiences to unprecedented levels. Enhancements will include expanding the audience space to accommodate more visitors, in addition to staging more distinguished performances, world-class live shows, and cultural entertainment reflecting the rich diversity of cultures throughout the season.
Guests can also anticipate stunning light and laser shows at the Dragon Lake, which will feature a newly upgraded giant screen that holds the Guinness World Record for the largest underwater display screen in the world. This upgraded screen will provide enhanced clarity for the diverse formations adorning the lake, along with new fiery effects enhancing the iconic dragon at the center.
At the entrances from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, the Global Village will welcome guests with new arches, and the Sharjah tunnel will showcase a stunning design, transforming it into a vibrant gateway filled with colors.
The Fiesta Street will see additional expansions to enhance the festive atmosphere and increase dining options, boasting over 200 outlets. Meanwhile, the Sweet District (formerly known as Train Market) will blend classic vibes with modern touches, creating a picturesque backdrop. The Indian Chat corner will welcome visitors with a newly lively and colorful design.
The Happiness Street will feature eye-catching updates with new canopies, while Asia Road returns with the new name Asia Boulevard, celebrating the continent’s rich diversity in cuisine, culture, and heritage.
