Broug Plc has announced its inclusion in the FTSE Abu Dhabi High Dividend Yield Index, which was introduced by the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in December 2025.
This index features 17 listed companies that collectively account for over 70% of the total cash dividends paid by companies listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange throughout 2025. This underlines its importance as a benchmark for investors focused on long-term income. The FTSE Abu Dhabi is recognized as the first income-centric index in the region, highlighting companies with a solid and sustainable dividend history.

Broug has reiterated its commitment to distributing dividends for the fiscal year 2025, valued at 16.2 fils per share. It is anticipated that Brog International Group will maintain this level upon its launch, at least until 2030, pending necessary approvals. The proposed framework includes the possibility of increasing the target payout ratio to 90% of net profits. With sector-leading margins before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, a robust balance sheet, and a clear long-term strategy, Broug is well-positioned to achieve stable and long-lasting returns for its shareholders.
