Today in Abu Dhabi, the events of the 2026 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Summit commenced, taking place over the next two days at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). This summit serves as the main event within the week, featuring participation from heads of state, prime ministers, government officials, business leaders, investors, and innovators.
The summit program boasts over 100 speakers and includes more than 30 specialized sessions, with a focus on unifying the efforts of government leaders, sectors, investors, and innovators, aimed at enhancing collaborative efforts and accelerating sustainable progress.
Key topics addressed at the summit include transformative strategies for global energy systems, achieving water and food security, nature conservation, and the impacts of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
