Opening of “Art of Living” Shopping Center Specializing in Home Designs and Furniture in Dubai

Mohammad Ali Rashid Lootah, the Director General of Dubai Chambers, officially inaugurated “Art of Living,” the first shopping center in the UAE and the MENA region dedicated to innovative home design and furniture. This event was attended by numerous high-profile guests, investors, design sector experts, and media representatives.

The project aims to enhance the city’s architectural landscape with a premier destination covering over 50,000 square meters across three floors.

The center features a wide range of over 50 national and international brands specializing in both indoor and outdoor furniture and décor. With a total investment of 650 million dirhams, it aims to solidify Dubai’s position as a hub for upscale retail and to fill a gap in the specialized furniture market through this unique facility in terms of size, variety, and depth of expertise.

Mohammad Ali Rashid Lootah remarked that Dubai continues to strengthen its global reputation as a preferred shopping destination and a key player in reshaping the interior design landscape, reflecting modern lifestyle trends. The emirate serves as a global model for attracting leading international brands.

Moreover, Mufaq Al Qadah, Chairman of Majid Al Futtaim Holding, expressed that the group is set to revolutionize Dubai’s specialized retail sector with the launch of the “Art of Living” center.
