“Nakheel,” a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, has appointed “Al Nasr Contracting” to undertake internal road works and essential infrastructure for the “Bay Villas” project in Dubai Islands, through a contract valued at 169 million dirhams.
The project scope involves developing a comprehensive road network that will serve a residential community consisting of 636 units, alongside the implementation of integrated infrastructure for essential services, ensuring seamless connectivity between residential units, public spaces, and main road networks within the islands.
Engaging “Al Nasr Contracting” aligns with Nakheel’s commitment to a methodical approach in executing preparatory works, contributing to the development of integrated infrastructure that accelerates project delivery and ensures the establishment of sustainable communities that meet residents’ expectations through high-quality standards.

Al Nasr Contracting has joined as the latest strategic partner in the “Bay Villas” project, a collaboration between “Nakheel” and “Dubai Holding.” This partnership follows the awarding of a 2.6 billion dirham contract to “Vebrix Contracting” for the construction of the “Bay Villas” project in Dubai Islands.
The “Bay Villas” project features townhouses, semi-detached villas, garden villas, luxury waterfront villas, and beachfront units, all set within a resort-style connected environment in Dubai Islands. This project is part of the comprehensive vision for Dubai Islands and supports the Dubai Urban Plan 2040 by creating thoughtfully planned residential communities, public spaces, and ensuring access to facilities.
