Record 42% Increase in Central Bank of the UAE’s Gold Reserves

The Central Bank of the UAE has reported a significant 42% annual increase in its balance, amounting to approximately 8.5 billion dirhams, which brings the cumulative balance to 28.9 billion dirhams by the end of June this year.

Data from the Central Bank indicates that its gold reserves have seen a rise of around 26% during the first half of this year, adding roughly 6 billion dirhams to the cumulative total recorded at the end of the previous year.
