The real estate market in Dubai witnessed two significant transactions on Tuesday, involving the sale of two land plots for a total of 3 billion dirhams in the Al Yalayis 1 area.
According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the first transaction was valued at 2.5 billion dirhams for a plot covering 1.9 million square meters, while the second deal was worth 509.3 million dirhams for a plot of 777,000 square meters.
Furthermore, the overall real estate sales for the day reached 4.4 billion dirhams, resulting from 525 transactions.
