The Real Estate Registration Authority in Sharjah has announced the commencement of registration for the Real Estate Excellence Award 2025. Various institutions, companies, associations, and real estate offices operating in Sharjah can participate from now until January 29, 2026.
This new edition of the award is part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to foster a competitive real estate environment that aligns with modern developments and supports Sharjah’s vision for sustainable real estate growth, contributing to the emirate’s flourishing economy and benefiting its community.
The award features four main categories: real estate offices, property development companies, homeowners’ association boards, and management service firms. This structure aims to ensure a comprehensive evaluation that accurately reflects the diverse components of the real estate market within the emirate.
