The Serh Group, a leading provider of integrated industrial and logistics services in the UAE, has announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Nawatom Logistics, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Ports (ADX: ADPORTS), a global leader in trade, industry, and logistics services. This partnership aims to strengthen collaboration and develop innovative and sustainable logistics solutions to support the oil and gas sectors in the country. The agreement was signed by Mr. Abdul Khaliq Al Ameri, CEO of Serh Group, and Mr. Farouq Al Zair, Chairman of the Logistics Sector at Abu Dhabi Ports Group, with several senior officials from both sides in attendance.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term partnership focused on providing an environmentally-friendly truck fleet, advanced technological solutions for logistics services, and integrated operational support, thereby enhancing the supply chain management solutions offered by Nawatom Logistics across the UAE.
In the initial phase of the agreement, Serh Group will lease a fleet of long-haul trucks, equipped with drivers, to Nawatom Logistics to enhance the shipping and logistics services provided to its clients in the energy sector within the Al Dhafra region. The scope of this collaboration is expected to expand in the future, reflecting the strength and depth of the relationship between the two parties.
