Slight Increase in Fuel Prices in July

The Fuel Price Monitoring Committee has approved a slight increase in gasoline and diesel prices for July 2025, with gasoline seeing a rise of between 11 to 12 fils, while diesel prices increased by 18 fils per liter compared to June 2025 prices.
Fuel distribution companies have announced the new pricing, which is effective immediately, reflecting a 5% value-added tax in the updated rates.

The price of super gasoline “98” increased by 12 fils, rising from 2.58 dirhams in June to 2.70 dirhams in July. Similarly, the price of special gasoline “95” rose by 11 fils, from 2.47 dirhams in June to 2.58 dirhams in July. Additionally, the price of gasoline E Plus “91” went up by 12 fils, from 2.39 dirhams in June to 2.51 dirhams in July, while diesel prices climbed by 18 fils per liter, increasing from 2.45 dirhams in June to 2.63 dirhams in July.
