Smart Housing Forum 2025: A Firm Step Towards the Future of Dubai

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment has organized the Smart Housing Forum 2025, themed “Innovative Solutions for Smart and Sustainable Housing,” which took place today, October 27, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Al Garhoud. This initiative highlights the organization’s commitment to supporting Dubai’s future and enhancing the quality of life in the emirate.

The forum coincides with World Habitat Day, part of the establishment’s efforts to foster collaboration between the public and private sectors to develop a smart and sustainable housing system that aligns with global sustainability and urban development standards.

Mohammad Al Shehhi, the Acting Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, emphasized that the forum will feature a variety of activities, including workshops and panel discussions focused on the establishment’s smart services, alongside the signing of several strategic partnerships. Additionally, there will be an accompanying exhibition showcasing the latest technologies and housing solutions.

Al Shehhi stated that the Smart Housing Forum serves as a unique platform to showcase innovative and sustainable solutions in the housing sector, reflecting our dedication to forming strategic partnerships that drive development. This aligns with our goals outlined in the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, aimed at promoting sustainable urban development, enhancing Dubai’s global reputation, and improving the quality of life. Our primary goal remains the well-being of residents in the future Dubai.

He noted that the establishment prioritizes the design of integrated housing projects that offer comprehensive amenities and services, transforming each project into a vibrant community that fosters belonging and family stability, in line with the visionary leadership’s goal of making Dubai the best city for living and working.

The forum supports a new strategic partnership between the establishment and GFS Developments, contributing to the success of this event as a global platform for showcasing the latest innovations and practices in smart and sustainable housing.
