Sheikh Engineer Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the head of the Civil Aviation Department and Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, has affirmed that the emirate is experiencing a significant transformation across various sectors, thanks to the guidance and support of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, as well as the oversight of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Executive Council. This progress is steering the region towards a more advanced and sustainable future.
His comments were made during his attendance at the Emirati-Chinese Business Council, hosted by businessman Rashid Mohammed Hamdoh Al Shehhi in the Al Aryabi area.
He further stated that the emirate is focused on diversifying its economy, boosting the influx of visitors and tourists, and solidifying its position as a preferred destination for numerous investors and entrepreneurs. Sheikh Mohammed bin Kaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Department, added that the emirate continues to achieve success across various domains, with a notable qualitative revival in the economic sectors, and is anticipating major projects that will provide a substantial boost to both Ras Al Khaimah’s economy and the national economy.
