In the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Emirates NBD Group, a leading banking institution in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey, the Board of Directors of Emirates NBD has honored a new group of talented Emirati professionals who have successfully attained international certifications as Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). The bank’s board commended the dedication and perseverance demonstrated by these certified Emirati accountants in achieving this significant professional milestone. This accomplishment reflects Emirates NBD’s ongoing commitment to nurturing and developing local talent, as well as enhancing leadership capabilities within the financial sector in the UAE.

Currently, there are 15 Emirati Chartered Accountants accredited by the ICAEW, along with three Emirati professionals qualified by the ACCA, in addition to many others pursuing ACCA accreditation.
