Economics and Tourism: Hotels, Resorts, and Shopping Centers Operate Within Established Regulatory Frameworks

The Ministry of Economy and Tourism has emphasized that despite ongoing regional developments, the tourism sector in the UAE continues to function according to the guidance provided by relevant authorities, while closely monitoring various updates.

The ministry clarified that hotels, resorts, cultural and tourist attractions, as well as shopping centers across the nation are welcoming guests and offering services within the approved regulatory frameworks, fully adhering to safety and quality standards.

Furthermore, the authorities are consistently monitoring operational conditions and occupancy levels to ensure services run smoothly, addressing any challenges efficiently and swiftly. Visitors are encouraged to directly contact accommodation providers or tourism service suppliers for the most current information regarding bookings or programs.

The ministry reiterated that the safety and comfort of visitors remain paramount, indicating ongoing collaboration with industry partners to maintain stability and continuity in the tourism experience in the country based on existing circumstances.

In related news, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi has confirmed that hotels, tourist attractions, entertainment experiences, cultural sites, and museums throughout the emirate are operating as usual, welcoming visitors and providing their services normally.

The department pointed out that it is continuously coordinating with the relevant government entities to ensure the necessary support for visitors currently in the emirate, along with partners, employees, and the local community, enhancing the visitor experience and sustaining the tourism sector.

In this regard, leisure destinations on Yas Island continue to receive visitors daily, offering a wide range of family activities and experiences, particularly during the spring season and the official holiday period for students.

The theme parks on the island remain open to guests, including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, which provide diverse entertainment experiences suitable for all ages.

These destinations attract many families eager to take advantage of the student holiday by visiting tourist sites, museums, and entertainment venues that offer various programs and activities combining leisure, education, and knowledge.
