The Dubai World Trade Centre, a prominent hub for business support and hosting global events in the region, is gearing up to participate in the “Vision – UAE Careers Exhibition.” This event is scheduled to take place from September 23 to 25 in Halls 1 to 4 of the Dubai World Trade Centre.
During its participation, the Centre will showcase a wide range of employment and practical training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of Emirati talents and empowering youth to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Dubai.
Emirati citizens interested in working across various sectors including events, hospitality, real estate, free zones, and other vital areas are encouraged to visit booth number (A2-5) in Hall 2 to explore the extensive job opportunities available to them.
Dr. Najat Obaidallah, the Senior Vice President of Human Resources Management at the Dubai World Trade Centre, stated: “We take pride in our support for the Emiratisation strategy in the UAE and are committed to continuously providing high-level career opportunities for national talents.”
She further emphasized the Centre’s objective to establish an inclusive and supportive work environment that empowers Emirati talents to enhance their skills, take on leadership roles, and actively contribute to the Centre’s success and the sustainable development of Dubai.
The Centre offers several programs designed for Emirati youth, including the “Lami” program, which is a leading leadership initiative aimed at ambitious graduates, providing them with training and mentorship. Additionally, for the first time, the Dubai World Trade Centre’s booth will feature state-of-the-art recruitment technologies powered by artificial intelligence.
