Dubai Holding and Brookfield Properties Introduce ‘Solaya’ for Luxury Beachfront Residences in Dubai

Dubai Holding Investments and Brookfield Launch SoLaya Residential Project in Jumeirah 1

Dubai Holding Investments, the investment arm of Dubai Holding, in partnership with Brookfield Properties, a prominent real estate development company in the UAE, has unveiled the SoLaya residential community. This exclusive project offers 234 residential units situated along the beachfront in the Jumeirah 1 district of Dubai.

This groundbreaking initiative is part of the Meraas brand under Dubai Holding’s real estate division, marking a new chapter in the longstanding collaboration between Dubai Holding Investments and Brookfield. After successfully designing and developing some of Dubai’s most iconic commercial destinations, both entities are now leveraging their extensive expertise to set new benchmarks in the residential real estate market, elevating it to innovative heights.

Project Details

The SoLaya project encompasses nine buildings spread over 40 acres, providing a variety of residences that include two, three, four, and five-bedroom units. Additionally, it features a selection of premium penthouses and 18 standalone houses with private gardens, complete with infinity pools and secluded courtyards, as well as duplex units that boast spacious outdoor terraces. The penthouses offer extraordinary levels of privacy through dedicated lobbies and elevators, along with expansive terraces that include infinity pools.

Renowned architectural firm Foster and Partners designed the project, while interior designs were executed by 1508 London. Each residential unit has been meticulously crafted to enhance the concept of integrated indoor-outdoor living, characterized by open spaces, high ceiling heights, distinctive design elements, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.
