The event gathered over 6,000 experts, researchers, and officials, alongside more than 200 international speakers from both government and private sectors as well as research institutions worldwide.

He added that the UAE delegation highlighted the most notable achievements, experiences, and success stories that the UAE has accomplished in developing and adopting AI solutions to improve service quality and ease of access for users in all areas of work and daily life, establishing future operational models characterized by flexibility, readiness, efficiency, and swift execution.

During the conference, Mohammed Bin Taliah detailed several areas where the UAE has effectively integrated AI and advanced technology to enhance readiness for the future. He addressed state initiatives to empower government employees through cutting-edge digital tools and training programs that enhance their capabilities to keep pace with global digital transformations.
The Head of Government Services discussed the Executive AI Program, which plays a crucial role in developing a distinguished generation capable of leading comprehensive governmental development efforts enhanced by AI. He also reviewed significant smart solutions, applications, and pioneering UAE experiences adopted by government entities that have achieved notable time and effort savings for users.
The delegation showcased innovative experiences developed by the UAE, including a digital identity system that enables unified access to services from governmental and private sectors via smartphones, as well as the smart travelers’ portal introduced by Dubai International Airport through the world’s first “Red Carpet” service, allowing passage through immigration gates in just 14 seconds using AI and biometric recognition technologies.
Additionally, they introduced the Smart Mission experience, which offers an innovative array of consular services for UAE citizens abroad, including issuing return documents, certifying documents, and emergency services, as well as showcasing key features of the AI-powered human resources assistant that provides HR services to UAE government employees and answers their inquiries accurately through interactive text or voice interfaces in both Arabic and English. The delegation also presented a remote litigation project developed by the Ministry of Justice, enabling litigants to attend sessions virtually through digital means while ensuring confidentiality and security using AI technologies.
Meanwhile, the UAE delegation held a series of meetings and bilateral discussions with officials, business leaders, and representatives from companies specializing in AI, focusing on enhancing cooperation in this future-oriented field. His Excellency Mohammed Bin Taliah also met with His Excellency Ivan Solomon, the Canadian Minister of Artificial Intelligence, to discuss opportunities for collaboration and exchange of experiences in adopting the latest AI applications in the government sector.
