The Emirates Petroleum Company has announced a partnership with Megatrade, a leading fuel and energy firm in Armenia, which is a key entity within the portfolio of Sel Capital. This agreement will introduce the Emirates brand to Armenia for the very first time.
The official signing of the agreement took place during a ceremony held in the Albert Hall in Yerevan, attended by Tigran Avinyan, the Mayor of Yerevan, and Dr. Neriman Mohammed Sharif Abdullah Al-Mulla, the UAE Ambassador to Armenia.
The agreement was signed by Edward Sukiasyan, Chairman of Sel Capital and a stakeholder in Megatrade, along with Ali Khalifa Al-Shamsi, the CEO of Emirates Petroleum, in the presence of numerous high-ranking officials and business leaders from both countries.
Ali Al-Shamsi stated, “The partnership with Megatrade marks a significant milestone in the regional growth of Emirates. Together with our Armenian partners, we will establish a sustainable and scalable model that provides modern experiences at service stations and retail outlets.”
