Beyond Real Estate Development Unveils “Soliver,” Its Latest Property Project Worth 2.6 Billion Dirhams in Dubai Maritime City

Beyond Real Estate Development, a visionary leader in the real estate sector, has unveiled its latest project, “Solifer,” located in the heart of Dubai Maritime City, valued at 2.6 billion dirhams. This development consists of two architecturally stunning towers, designed by the renowned global firm SAOTA, while ARRCC is responsible for the interior spaces. “Solifer” embodies Beyond’s ambitious vision of creating integrated urban living communities along waterfronts.

On this occasion, Adil Taqi, CEO of Beyond Real Estate Development, stated: “In just one year, we have launched seven notable projects, all contributing to shaping Dubai’s waterfront as a prestigious global destination. Our vision transcends mere property development; it aims to articulate a new urban lifestyle concept where architecture harmonizes with nature. It is about elevating quality of life, transforming residential complexes and cities into platforms that inspire residents, attract global investments, and set new standards for community development.”

“Solifer” marks the sixth venture for Beyond within the overarching plan that spans eight million square feet at Dubai Maritime City, joining projects like “Saria,” “Oryze,” “Sencia,” “The Mural,” and “Talia.” It serves to connect the areas of “The Forest” and “The Bay,” which feature green spaces and exceptional amenities, positioning the development as one of the most dynamic and unique waterfront destinations in Dubai, further establishing Dubai Maritime City as a prominent residential address globally.

The project offers a curated selection of 513 residential units designed to cater to various modern lifestyle preferences. It includes contemporary one-bedroom apartments, spacious two- and three-bedroom units with bright interiors and panoramic views of “The Forest,” “The Cove,” the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s dazzling skyline. Additionally, there are a limited number of duplex apartments, including exclusive four-bedroom units with private pools and terraces overlooking the marina, as well as two-bedroom chalets with a warm, simple aesthetic. The experience is elevated by penthouse units at the tops of both towers, where expansive outdoor spaces merge with elegant interior designs to redefine luxury living.

The project features striking architecture that reflects bold design and sophisticated details. The towers have been meticulously engineered to enhance views of the sea, Dubai’s skyline, and sunsets, while their copper and glass façades blend strength with artistry. Unique entrances for each tower offer an exceptional arrival experience leading to terraced gardens and shaded decks, providing residents with a sense of tranquility from the moment they step in. Facilities include swimming pools, a spa, a gym overlooking the waterfront, reading areas, and family and social spaces, making wellness and connectivity an integral part of daily life. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2029.

The launch of “Solifer” occurs at a time when Dubai is solidifying its position as a premier global living and investment destination, driven by strong foreign capital inflows, advanced infrastructure, and an ambitious urban vision that reflects investor confidence and future aspirations.
