Vertiglobe reported a net profit of $423.6 million (AED 1.55 billion) for the first nine months of the current year, reflecting a growth of 138.4% compared to $177.7 million (AED 652.16 million) for the same period in 2024.
The earnings attributable to shareholders reached $327.6 million (AED 1.2 billion), marking a 173% increase from the first nine months of 2024, which reported $120.2 million (AED 441.13 million).
Revenue for the first nine months of this year rose by 31%, totaling $2.019 billion (AED 7.4 billion).
In the third quarter of 2025, Vertiglobe announced revenues of $758 million (AED 2.78 billion), a 53% year-over-year increase, with adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization growing by 69% to $286 million (AED 1.05 billion).
The adjusted net profit for shareholders was $134 million (AED 491.78 million) compared to $28 million (AED 102.76 million) during the same period last year.
Net profit attributable to shareholders for the third quarter of 2025 was $235 million (AED 862.45 million), in contrast to a loss of $10.4 million (AED 38.17 million) previously.
Additionally, the company reached a tax settlement in Egypt amounting to $720 million (AED 2.64 billion), resulting in total gains of $142 million (AED 521.14 million).
