Mubadala Investment Company, in collaboration with Pine Capital, has successfully completed the acquisition of Service Logic, a firm specializing in comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for the commercial sector, along with building automation, from Leonard Green & Partners.
Following this acquisition, Mubadala and Pine will continue to support Service Logic as it embarks on the next phase of its growth journey.
