In line with its strong commitment to the national agenda and its efforts to cultivate a banking future that focuses on local talents, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank continues to make notable progress following a year of significant achievement that surpasses its targets in the field of Emiratization. This consistent momentum reflects the success of its comprehensive strategy aimed at empowering national talent and providing professional pathways that enhance their readiness for leadership roles through advanced development programs, enabling them to assume pivotal positions that contribute to the growth and innovation trajectory.
Among the remarkable accomplishments the bank achieved in Emiratization during 2025 was the recruitment of 238 new national competencies for the group, raising the total number of Emirati staff to 2,054. This sets a new benchmark in the banking sector, maintaining a 100% Emiratization rate in Al Ain City.
By the end of the year, the number of Emirati competencies exceeded 390, bolstering the proportion of Emirati leadership within the executive management committee of the group to 40%. The active role of national employees is evident as they now hold 41% of essential positions within the bank, with a total of 698 citizens promoted, representing 34% of all citizen employees in the institution.
