ALS Concrete Ready Mix, a UAE-based company, has announced a partnership with Dubai Industrial City to establish its first factory in Dubai. This agreement elevates Dubai Industrial City’s status as a premier location for the manufacturing and construction materials sector, reflecting the growing confidence in the integrated industrial ecosystem provided by this TECOM Group entity.
The project spans over 160,000 square feet and will feature modern administrative and operational facilities, along with advanced concrete mixing stations designed to reduce energy consumption. Operations at the factory are expected to commence in the third quarter of 2026, coinciding with the scheduled completion of the construction work. This facility will have a production capacity of up to 400 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete per hour.
Establishing the factory in Dubai Industrial City will enable the company to expand its regional operations, enhancing its ability to meet the construction demands across the nation.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Saud Abu Shawareb, Executive Vice President of TECOM Group’s industrial sector representing Dubai Industrial City, along with Saif Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei, Chairman of Bin Fadhel Holding Company, and Peter Celis, CEO of ALS Concrete Ready Mix, alongside prominent representatives from leading construction industry firms.
