The United Arab Bank has unveiled its new corporate identity under the tagline “United for You,” marking a significant milestone in its evolution and reaffirming its commitment to a human-centered approach in banking.
This announcement took place during a ceremony held the evening before last at the Museum of the Future in Dubai, celebrating the bank’s 50th anniversary. The event was attended by Sheikh Husher bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, President of the Tennis Federation, Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the United Arab Bank, alongside several senior officials, board members, top executives, distinguished clients, and representatives from the banking and financial sectors across the country.
The ceremony featured speeches delivered via hologram by the bank’s founder, Sheikh Faisal bin Sultan bin Salem Al Qasimi, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal bin Sultan Al Qasimi. Additionally, Najlaa Al-Madfa, a board member, shared remarks, and the event showcased a documentary film illustrating the bank’s remarkable growth story over five decades through testimonials from prominent figures who witnessed the bank’s journey through its numerous achievements.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal bin Sultan Al Qasimi stated that celebrating the 50-year anniversary of the United Arab Bank is a proud moment that honors the vision of the bank’s founder, Sheikh Faisal bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the dedicated efforts of its employees, and the trust of its shareholders and valued clients over the last fifty years. He emphasized that the bank has embodied values of responsibility and commitment while playing a crucial role in supporting the economic development of the UAE, solidifying its status as one of the leading national financial institutions.
The Chairman further noted that the bank is progressing through a comprehensive transformation aimed at enhancing the value it offers to its clients and shareholders. He highlighted the strong financial performance and capital increase exceeding AED 1 billion, along with the introduction of the new corporate identity, all of which have contributed to boosting the competitive position of the United Arab Bank and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable growth in line with the leadership’s vision for a prosperous future.
On his part, Shirish Bedi, CEO of the United Arab Bank, remarked that the golden jubilee marks a significant chapter in the bank’s history and renews its commitment to innovation and excellence in customer service. He noted that the launch of the new identity symbolizes the beginning of a new phase in transformation that emphasizes a human-first approach and aims to provide smarter, faster, and more reliable banking solutions, featuring a fresh logo and a modern visual identity.
