Emirates Steel Structures, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has secured a strategic contract for the supply and implementation of all steel structure work for the Cultural Complex of His Excellency Tariq bin Taymour, a significant future cultural project in the Sultanate of Oman.
The complex is envisioned as a global destination for arts, heritage, and community interaction. It will feature a national theater, a national library, and a national archive, all part of an integrated cultural system that encompasses various cultural and community facilities, reflecting Oman’s progressive cultural aspirations.
Emirates Steel Structures will be responsible for the complete steel framework over an area of 50,000 square meters.
The scope of work includes detailed engineering, manufacturing of steel components at the company’s facilities, and their transport and installation on-site, along with the adoption of advanced fire protection systems.
The package involves substantial and complex steel structures intended for use in the theater hall, common areas, and cultural facilities, requiring precise engineering while adhering to safety standards and ensuring durability.
