Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land and Property Department exceeded 5 billion dirhams on Monday, with a total of 1,430 transactions recorded. The department documented 1,145 sales amounting to 4.1 billion dirhams, which included 118 transactions for land, 868 for residential units, and 159 for buildings.
Mortgages were valued at 491 million dirhams through 237 transactions, comprising 66 for land, 144 for residential units, and 31 for buildings. Additionally, the market noted 48 gifts totaling 344 million dirhams.
Among the notable transactions, a plot of land sold for 134 million dirhams in the Emirates Living area, alongside the off-plan sale of an apartment in Jumeirah Second for 71 million dirhams.
