Emirates Airlines to Operate Fully Updated Boeing 777 to Madrid on September 16th

Emirates Airlines, the largest international carrier in the world, has announced that it will commence operations of its updated Boeing 777, featuring four classes, on flights from Dubai to Madrid starting September 16. Travelers will benefit from an enhanced flying experience with new interior designs and premium features across all travel classes, making Madrid the first destination in Spain to receive this fully revamped aircraft.

The flight “EK 143” will depart from Dubai at 2:30 PM, arriving in Madrid at 8:20 PM, while the return flight “EK 144” will leave Madrid at 10:05 PM, landing in Dubai at 7:10 AM the following day. (All times are local to Dubai and Madrid).

The introduction of the upgraded Emirates aircraft to Madrid signifies a significant enhancement in the luxury travel experience to Spain. Passengers will be able to enjoy award-winning premium economy service, a completely redesigned business class cabin, and the renowned “Onboard Excellence” experience.

The new interior designs of the Boeing 777 feature the latest modern touches and luxurious finishes. Among the highlights is the updated first-class cabin, offering top-tier luxury, along with the newly configured business class, which features a 1-2-1 seat arrangement that converts into fully flat beds for increased privacy and comfort. The premium economy section boasts luxurious cream leather seats, more legroom, adjustable headrests, and a comfortable leg rest, while the economy class presents a fresh, contemporary design.

Emirates continues to invest heavily in enhancing the travel experience as part of its fleet modernization program, one of the largest in aviation history. To date, 61 aircraft have been updated, including 31 Airbus A380s and 30 Boeing 777s, with plans to refresh over 220 aircraft with the latest cabin products.

Passengers traveling with Emirates can enjoy meals inspired by regional cuisines, a selection of premium beverages, and the award-winning ice entertainment system, offering up to 6,500 on-demand entertainment channels, including more than 260 channels in Spanish.
