The UAE market is witnessing a new partnership between Corporate Edge, a global operator of luxury office spaces, and Primont Holding, aimed at establishing the first co-working environments in Dubai under the name “Offitel,” with an estimated investment of 100 million dirhams.
This initiative demonstrates Corporate Edge’s commitment to enhance its presence and investments in the commercial real estate sector in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, which serves as a key gateway for regional investment and a global business hub.
The inaugural Offitel center in the UAE will be located in Emaar Square, right in the heart of Dubai, covering over 36,000 square feet and featuring 95 fully serviced luxury suites.
The center promises a contemporary work environment, offering private offices as well as spaces dedicated to large teams, accommodating up to 100 employees.
