The Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project in Dubai South has unveiled its new “Private Aviation Boulevard” in response to the rising demand for aviation-related services. This initiative aims to attract leading global airlines and luxury retail brands.
Located adjacent to the private aviation terminal, which has been experiencing rapid growth in private flight operations, the boulevard spans 769 meters and features 16 distinctive buildings with modern amenities and shops. The total development area is set at 204,000 square meters, providing exceptional opportunities for international companies looking to establish or expand their presence in the region. This project is expected to be a significant addition to the comprehensive aviation ecosystem that the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project aims to create, with phased deliveries starting in 2026.
Construction has commenced on “Aviation One,” which is anticipated to become a hub for leading companies in the aviation sector and supporting industries. Its architecture reflects a modern design along with practical spaces, embodying the innovative and excellence-driven vision of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and President and CEO of Emirates Airline and Group, stated: “The aviation sector is a key pillar of Dubai’s economy. The growing demand for aviation services in the emirate mirrors the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and exemplifies the advanced framework of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project that exceeds industry expectations. With development progressing at Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai will continue to solidify its global leadership in the aviation sector, attracting major companies and setting new industry standards.”
He added: “The Private Aviation Boulevard is a significant enhancement to the facilities and services within the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project, opening new avenues for leading airlines and luxury brands to grow and thrive, further establishing Dubai as a preferred destination for businesses and a major contributor to the global aviation sector.”
The Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation Project also offers international aviation companies investment opportunities and high-level connectivity, functioning as a free zone for top global airlines, private aviation firms, and companies involved in aircraft maintenance, repair, and renovation. Situated within Dubai South, it has been developed to serve as a center for diverse maintenance operations and a destination for training and education, aiming to advance the emirate’s vision of becoming a leading global aviation hub.
