Mira Developments has finalized a sales and development agreement for land with Abu Dhabi Ports Group, a global leader in facilitating trade, logistics, and industry, aimed at creating one of the most diverse and ambitious planned communities in the Al Mamoura area of Abu Dhabi. This initiative represents an overall investment exceeding 55 billion dirhams over the next decade, with completion anticipated in stages throughout a ten-year timeframe.
This project is a signature achievement for Mira Developments, set to feature a diverse residential and commercial community that reflects collaboration with international brands in fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle. The master plan has been designed to be a car-free city, ensuring zero traffic accidents and fostering a safer and more sustainable environment. By leveraging advanced solar energy technologies covering roofs, facades, and even shaded walkways, the project aims to meet up to 60% of its energy needs sustainably.
The development will encompass residential apartments, townhouses, and villas, in addition to two five-star hotels, a world-class golf course, and a shopping center spanning three million square feet. Social infrastructure is a fundamental element of the project, featuring two universities, three international schools, eight kindergartens, three mosques, and two world-class museums.
